What is the WSPRSonde?

The WSPRSonde is a a GPS-disciplined WSPR/FST4W beacon transmitter developed by Turn Island Systems that enables amateur precision frequency transmissions. The instrument continually transmits 1W GPS disciplined oscillator accurate and stable WSPR-2/FST4W beacon signals on eight ham bands: six of the outputs can be fed into a Turn Island Systems 6 band combiner, requiring only one multi-band transmit antenna for 80/40/30/20/15/10 meter transmissions, and an additional combiner can connect the remaining 17/12 meter channels of the WSPRSonde to a second antenna optimized for those bands.
